As part of the route 195 relocation project, the catalyst toward completion is mainly demolition of the old elevated 195 on ramp that we all  so fondly remember.  However, the area included here is located at the end of Eddy street in Providence, where you bear right and approach the road (called Ship Street) that eventually leads to Dyer Street.  During the relocation, an organization called Providence Tent City had “settled” there and upon my arrival invited me to quickly snap a few shots.  The catalyst to my being invited in, was because I had diplomatically asked to speak with the “president” of their organization.  Their biggest beef was the influx of people leering and inadvertently jeering throughout the day.  Many critics have much to say regarding this homeless brigade.  This portion of Route 195 will soon be demolished.
